- A letter from the head of the department, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the congress.

Delegate Entitlements

Cancellation Policy
- We will refund the registration fee after deducting the processing fee of Euro 50 / INR 2500 (Indian Delegates) if written cancellation reaches us before February 15, 2012.
- We will refund 50% of the total payment if written cancellation reaches us before February 29, 2012.
- No refunds will be made for cancellation done after February 29, 2012.
- No refunds will be made for no-shows.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Should you, for whatever reason, be unable to attend the Conference, it will be possible to cancel your registration. Please notify the Conference secretariat of the cancellation as soon as possible.
- Cancellation should be made in writing (stating your name and registration ID number) and sent to the Conference secretariat at isds-acsi@planit-india.com
- Refunds will be processed within 45 days after the Conference is over
General Conditions of Registration
It is expressly agreed that the members of the Organising Committee and the Conference Secretariat for ISDS 2012 their legal representatives, directors and employees, and their agents, officers and services, shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage of any kind whatsoever suffered directly or indirectly by the person, possession or property of a conference participant or other person during or in connection with the events on the programme or any other activities of the conference for any reason whatsoever no matter howsoever caused.
It is agreed that the Organising Committee and the Secretariat, and their agents and officers, reserve the right to cancel at any time any, or all, of the programmed or other activities if this should appear necessary as a result of events which are beyond their control or which they cannot reasonably be expected to influence or for which they are not responsible. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such events shall include force majeure, government or other official regulations, natural disasters, strikes of any kind whatsoever, civil, international or other crises, or any other unforeseen occurrence. Decisions regarding the necessity for such cancellation shall be taken by the Organising Committee, or their agents, at their sole discretion and shall be final.PAYMENT OPTIONS
ONLINE REGISTRATION & PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
- Fill up the online registration form and select appropriate registration fee
- Submit & proceed for credit card payment option.
- Upon making payments through credit cards you shall receive an automated acknowledgment via email. Please inform us in case you do not receive this email within 24hrs after your payments are done.
- Registration Confirmation letter along with your registration ID will be emailed to you within 15 days as soon as payments are received in the conference account.
MANUAL REGISTRATION & PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
- Download the registration form & send the duly filled form to the conference secretariat along with the bank remittance copy.
- The registration fees should reach in conference bank account within seven working days of submitting the form or else your registration will be deemed cancelled.
- The registration fee does not include the bank charges.
- All bank charges / fees are to be borne by the delegate.
- Please pay the bank charges in advance.
- If we receive the registration fees after deducting the bank charges, we shall inform you of the same and registration will only be completed after the full payment is made.
- Please email copy of the bank transfer remittance after making payments to isds-acsi@planit-india.com for records of the secretariat.
- Registration Confirmation letter along with your registration ID will be emailed to you within 15 days as soon as payments are received in the conference account.

MANUAL REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS BY DEMAND DRAFT
- Download the registration form & send the duly filled form to the conference secretariat with appropriate demand draft as per the applicable fee structure.
- You shall receive an email of confirmation along with your registration ID with in a week as soon as the correct form is received by us.
Important to Note:
- Registration shall be deemed confirmed only once the payment (sent through whichever mode i.e. by credit card or bank transfer) is received into the Conference’s account and a form is received by the Conference secretariat within the time slots provided above in the fee structure.
- The registration fee MUST reach the secretariat before, or on the deadline date, after which the next fee slot shall be applicable.
- A separate registration form should be used for every delegate.
- Please collect your original receipt from the SPOT/Payments counter located in the registration area at the venue on any of the Conference days.
