Terms and Conditions
1. All Rates given above are on per room per night basis 
2. Rates mentioned in the payable amount column are Inclusive of room + breakfast and all taxes (i.e. 10% luxury tax on the published rates + 0.63%VAT on food and beverages + 5.15% services tax on special rates + 1.03% by us) unless specified.
3. Incase of any changes in tax structure by the Government, the revised tax amount will be applicable and will be payable by the Delegate/Guest. 
4. Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability 
5. One night room advance should reached the official travel agent within five days of submitting the Hotel Accommodation Form or else the same will be treated as a dummy booking and cancelled thereby
6. Accommodation through Official Travel Agent will be provided only to registered delegates. 
7. If the hotel of your first choice is not available, room shall be confirmed from the next available preferred hotel. 
8. Refund, if any, will be made 30 days after the completion of the congress. 
9.  2.5% Bank Chargers will be applicable incase payment made by credit card / international wire transfer. 
10. Balance amount must be paid 40 days prior to the arrival.  

Cancellation Policy  
Cancellations received 70 days prior to check in date No cancellation charges
Cancellations received between 70 – 45 days prior to check in date One night room charge for rooms
Cancellations received between 45 - 35 days prior to check in date Minimum 01 night or 25% of the total amount, whichever is higher, will be charged as retention
Cancellations received less then 35 days 100 % cancellation charges will be applicable
